Coronavirus Update – Walks – Last updated 30th April 2020, 12:30 GMT

If you have an upcoming tour and are unable to travel, please submit an online cancellation request using our Cancellation Form.

To all our guests who have contacted us in relation to a refund please rest assured that we are working through these requests as best as we can during this challenging time. If you have already contacted us, there is no need to do so again.  As you can imagine, we are experiencing unprecedented volumes over the last number of weeks, so sincerely appreciate your patience at this time.

Latest update:

The Walks team is monitoring local and regional updates directly to ensure we’re abreast of the latest official advice on the ground and responding to any site disruptions that may affect our tours.

As by decree by the Italian government, we have unfortunately had to postpone all Italy tours until further notice. However, recent government guidelines have announced that museums in Italy are scheduled to open on May 18th – after which, we hope some tours will run again as normal.

Rest assured that the health and wellbeing of our guests is, as always, our main priority, as is protecting the livelihoods of our staff, partners and guides on the ground.

With these things in mind we are doing everything we can to help our guests reassess their travel plans, to reschedule or postpone tours until a later date or to help transfer any plans to any one of our other markets.
